Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond) Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people’s lives easier Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work

Requirements

A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position and will be used exclusively to support HR operations for Belgium.
Strong communication skills — clear, confident and approachable
A detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it’s needed
Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
An adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook
