





Lonza Ltd. offers a commercial internship in the HR Operations Switzerland Team to support the department. During the internship you will gain an insight into the daily business of an international active company and the activities in the Human Resources department. Throughout your internship, you will support the administrative tasks on daily basis, and you will be given the opportunity to contribute as an active team member within our team. What you will do: * Support team members with all administrative activities of the onboarding process for new starters. * Manage tasks related to the employee life cycle, including the exit process, to guarantee smooth transitions. * Cooperate closely with HR partners, including Recruiters and HR Business Partners. * Coordinate monthly events for new employees. * Handle general administrative tasks, such as processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.
