Your varied role will include the following daily activities:Searching for suitable IT candidates who match our clients’ requirementsHeadhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack OverflowWriting and posting job advertsInterviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific rolesArranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this timeMaking job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejectionsTaking references / collating relevant supporting documentsBuilding relationships with existing and future clientsAttending meeting with clients to explore potential opportunitiesNegotiating fees and terms of engagement
