This four year apprenticeship combines college-based learning with on-the-job training. You will attend a local college, learning the fundamentals of engineering whilst working with our engineering experts in Hospitals, focusing on the necessary skills to prepare you for the role. These activities will be coordinated by a designed apprentice mentor. You will learn many skills, such as diagnosing faults with the equipment and implementing solutions. Alongside this you will develop all the capabilities required to deliver best in class service. You will get the opportunity to visit our head office and state-of-the-art training facilities in West Sussex to undertake Technical training under the guidance of our Certified Trainers. Following a successful apprenticeship you will have gained a recognised Level III engineering qualification and the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within our expert engineering team, where a suitable role is available.
