Under the supervision of our F&B Director, your main responsibilities will include: Across the Different Outlets * Coordinate and optimize communication between the Front of House, Kitchen, Bars, and Reception, * Welcome and assist event clients, * Support service operations when needed, * Assist the events team as required, * Ensure all outlets are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality), * Ensure compliance with aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table settings, and decoration), * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Back-Office * Monitor service expenses, * Control cash registers for the services, * Track and verify orders and deliveries, * Oversee the creation of supplier accounts and monitor pricing, * Maintain and update the client database (cardex), * Animate and promote the outlets, * Create and manage the communication calendar.
