Would you like to gain practical experience in marketing and HR alongside your studies and actively contribute to exciting projects? Then you’re in the right place! We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) with a focus on Marketing & Recruiting to support our team on-site in Sonnenbühl and occasionally visit our office in Berlin. Your To Dos * Support operational activities in HR and marketing topics (e.g., events, employee matters, employer branding) * Creation and maintenance of marketing materials and support with marketing campaigns * Manage social media and HR content production, especially LinkedIn, including employee-related content, campaigns, and publications * Handling, organizing, and maintaining email communication * Creation, publication, and maintenance of job postings * Active support in the recruiting process, including applicant management * Assist with personnel development topics * Participation in HR projects and internal initiatives * Support in expanding and developing the feedback culture * Close collaboration with HR and marketing teams
