Job Description

Du unterstützt den Logistikeinkauf bei der Verwaltung und Auswertung von Ausschreibungsdaten. Du erstellst Auswertungen, pflegst Dokumentationen (z. B. Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen oder Ausfuhrnachweise) und hilfst bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Zoll & Exportkontrolle. Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines Kontrollsystems für Außenhandelsprozesse und bei der Pflege zollrelevanter Stammdaten. Du erstellst Präsentationen und Reports für den Bereich Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. Dabei erhältst du Einblicke in internationale Lieferketten und regulatorische Anforderungen.

Requirements

Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du hast Spaß an analytischen Aufgaben und strukturiertem Arbeiten.
Du verfügst über gute IT-Skills – insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint – und bringst sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit.
Du bist zeitlich flexibel im Rahmen von 16 Wochenstunden neben deinem aktuellen Studium.
