




You will own and manage all operational tasks for retailer accounts, including onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting. You will oversee day-to-day B2B retail operations across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient execution and smooth onboarding of new partners. You will map and maintain SOPs to support high performance, accurate execution, and business scalability. You will collaborate with Offline and internal teams to drive continuous improvements across workflows, structures, and the retailer experience. You will act as a key liaison and relationship owner for retailers and stakeholders, leading ad-hoc operational projects to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.
