



The Executive Office Trainee will support the General Manager directly, contributing to the daily hotel operations, administrative management, internal communication and project coordination. This role provides a strategic and transversal overview of various hotel operations, offering a rich and diverse learning experience. Main responsibilities: · Assist with daily administrative tasks (agenda management, correspondence, document organization); · Prepare presentations, reports and materials for internal and external meetings; · Handle calls, emails and relevant contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication; · Support the coordination of GM initiatives and interdepartmental projects; · Participate in the organization of internal events, delegation visits, corporate VIPs or external partners; · Gather information and update operational indicators when required. · Welcome special guests/VIPs when requested; · Ensure special requests are properly coordinated with operational teams. · Represents GM on his/her behalf when is needed
