Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our Paris team and grow into a future field marketing professional. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop hands-on experience while progressively taking ownership of marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the regional marketing team to support and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and brand presence. You will gain: * Progressive ownership of marketing activities and projects * Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS field marketing * Exposure to strategy, execution, and performance tracking * Close collaboration with marketing and sales teams * A clear development path toward a Field Marketing Specialist role If you’re looking to build strong marketing fundamentals while contributing to real business impact, this is your playground. What You Will Do Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe you will: * Assist in planning and executing multi-touch marketing programs (events + digital) * Support event organization (venue sourcing, logistics, vendor coordination) * Help drive event attendance and engagement through campaign support * Contribute to post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing campaigns * Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis * Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to support local initiatives * Take ownership of smaller projects or event components over time * Support administrative processes (contracts, materials, coordination)

Requirements

  • Are enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business
  • Have initial exposure (internship or academic projects) in marketing or events
  • Are highly organized with strong project coordination skills
  • Show curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to grow
  • Have good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Are comfortable using marketing tools (bonus: HubSpot, Marketo, webinar tools)
