







Join our marketing team for the Male Grooming portfolio, one of the innovative businesses within the Philips Personal Health. You will help to drive Male Grooming category to new heights by supporting Marketing Manager to develop the communication & product strategy, being responsible for autonomous projects to ensure flawless executions of the marketing activations. You will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, gaming, TVC and others). Your role: * Content Creation: Support in localization of communication (digital assets and product richcards), including development of engaging content for product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns * Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights and activities * Event Management: Support the organization and execution of marketing events and customers meetings * Internal & External Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing, Sales, Digital as well as Marketing Agencies to ensure flawless category daily support. * Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports and power point presentations * Daily Management & Assistance: Identify problems in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures, and make proposals for resolution, support in operational tasks like creating purchase orders and all other Male Grooming marketing activities that might occur
