







The People Communications team looks after Internal Communications, Employer Brand, and Events. We inform, involve, and inspire JETers through experiences and interactions that create engaged brand ambassadors throughout the whole employee journey from global all-hands to large-scale all-staff experiences across multiple markets. As our Events Intern, you'll be embedded in the events function, getting hands-on exposure to how a global events operation works. You'll support the team with the day-to-day building blocks that make every event come to life, the logistics, the admin, and the details that matter. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Providing foundational administrative and logistical support across the global events calendar, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Drafting engaging event copy and promotional materials to build internal awareness and drive attendance Managing guest lists, handling internal queries, and coordinating branded collateral and event "swag" Raising Purchase Orders and tracking supplier invoices the engine room work that keeps the team operational. Supporting on-site or virtually during global events, working alongside the wider team and senior stakeholders
