Scaling Change Capability: Support the expansion of our approach to building and promoting change capability across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive adoption of change management practices Content Creation: Develop and maintain key assets, toolkits, and enablers (e.g., guides, presentations, digital content) to support our transformation journey and ensure effective communication and engagement across teams Change Management Project Work: Participate in and support change management-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure successful implementation Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with colleagues from various departments to understand their perspectives, gather feedback, and co-create solutions that drive positive change Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our change management processes and methodologies by bringing in fresh ideas and leveraging best practices
