


To strengthen our Administration Team in Milan (Piazza San Babila), we are looking for an Office Admin Support Intern (Protected Categories – Law 68/99) to support our Southern European region, covering Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. About the Role As an Office Admin Support Intern, you will assist the South Administration Coordinator in managing daily office operations and administrative activities. You will gain hands-on experience across different business functions and learn how administrative processes support the company’s overall performance. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop key organizational, communication, and service-oriented skills in an international environment. Your Responsibilities Support daily office operations: mail management, supplies, checklists, and maintaining company standards. Provide administrative support across multiple departments. Assist with purchasing and procurement activities (requesting quotations, preparing orders, tracking deliveries). Support Finance and Accounting with expense reports, cost tracking, and invoice follow-up. Collaborate with the Legal department in preparing and reviewing sales agent contracts. Help organize company events, meetings, and business travel (flights, hotels, logistics). Contribute to implementing internal policies (Health & Safety, compliance, etc.). Maintain accurate documentation and archiving according to company policy. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to a high level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
