This is a ESTÁGIO PROFISSIONAL COM BOLSA DE ESTUDOS / EXTRACURRICULAR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP WITH SCHOLARSHIP and is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering hands-on experience in Field and Business Development within the Renewables industry in Portugal. Your Responsibilities Will Include * Support the management and administration of land lease agreements related to renewable energy projects * Review and monitor contractual payments, including tracking pending and completed payments and preparing monthly calculations of amounts owed to landowners * Maintain and organize contract documentation and internal databases related to land agreements, project status and stakeholder information * Monitor contract deadlines and suspension clauses, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance * Support communication with landowners, including follow-up on contract addendums, requesting IBAN confirmations and proof of receipt * Assist in contract negotiations and administrative processes with landowners * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of renewable energy projects * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management and internal processes
