Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside an established and successful premium flooring business based in Wootton who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Trainee Business Executive to join their team. As Trainee Business Executive, your role will be very varied, where you will gain valuable experience in administration, customer service and sales, and also learn about the general day to day running of a business. As Trainee Business Executive, you will be responsible for managing all customer calls, responding to customer emails, diary management and dealing with suppliers. Therefore, you will be confident and passionate about building strong personable relationships with customers and corporate clients alike. The successful Trainee Business Executive will therefore be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining flooring options, sending customers further details and booking in appointments. Therefore, attention to detail and offering customer service excellence is paramount.
