We are seeking our in-house AI and Automation Champion to help redesign Impossible Cloud's internal operations and processes, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. This is a rare opportunity to experience firsthand how a deep tech company adopts and implements AI in its day-to-day tasks, processes, and decisions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field - with a track record of going beyond what's expected of you
Genuinely obsessed with AI tools and automation and what they can do in a real business context - you're already using them daily.
A systems thinker: you see workflows, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities where others see manual tasks. Comfortable moving fast with incomplete information - you test, learn, and iterate.
Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) - familiarity with prompt engineering, Python scripting, or API integrations is a plus
A strong communicator: you can make any tool feel intuitive to a non-technical colleague - and you ask the right questions to understand what the business actually needs
Fluent in English; German is a plus
