Core Responsibilities Developing and maintaining internal web and shared platforms: * Ensure that shared platforms/channel/systems can be used in the most efficient way by all the end users Team support for Global EHS – IMS team: To support co-workers (local & global) when standard (above mentioned) tasks are in control. Example of tasks could be: * Create power point presentations * Create Purchase order in Coupa * Planning/booking of meeting using Concierge Master Data Supervision: * Ensuring that master data supporting the safety registration is up to date * Ensure that the master data reflects platform setup * Performing follow up activities to ensure that all relevant data is in place for observations for process execution (collection from all relevant business areas) * Connect equipment to platforms (preparation for SAP PM initiative – ensuring that all machines are connected to platforms/core technologies)
