Job Description

Are you interested in working with health and safety and wellbeing, ensuring the best possible working environment for everyone at the LEGO Group Bring your enthusiasm, interest and curiosity to the table and help shape the digital platform that supports the health ans safety for everyone in the LEGO Group. Core Responsibilities Developing and maintaining internal web and shared platforms: * Ensure that shared platforms/channel/systems can be used in the most efficient way by all the end users Team support for Global EHS – IMS team: To support co-workers (local & global) when standard (above mentioned) tasks are in control. Example of tasks could be: * Create power point presentations * Create Purchase order in Coupa * Planning/booking of meeting using Concierge Master Data Supervision: * Ensuring that master data supporting the safety registration is up to date * Ensure that the master data reflects platform setup * Performing follow up activities to ensure that all relevant data is in place for observations for process execution (collection from all relevant business areas) * Connect equipment to platforms (preparation for SAP PM initiative – ensuring that all machines are connected to platforms/core technologies)

Requirements

You are well on your way with a relevant academic education and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business School
You have a good understanding of administration and communication.
You need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
You have an eye for details.
You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.
Proficient in English, both verbally and written.
Interest in working with data.
