Job Description

We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months) You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners Please indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeship

Requirements

Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory” (befriedigend)
Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week
Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
Confident handling of MS-Office
