Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service intern to support our team in the sales order processing for Rockfon customers. This internship will help you acquire the necessary skills and provide you with knowledge of various tasks and processes linked to the order handling. The Customer Service Team Leader will be your tutor. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience to be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment with a degree of autonomy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree level and/or a work experience in a customer service, commercial or logistics support-position
Strong communication skills and able to build a good relationship with customers and internal departments
