This is a 360-degree apprenticeship. You’ll spend 13 months rotating through different areas of the business to understand how the magic happens: * On the Road: Learning professional driving, route optimization, and vehicle safety. * In the Hub: Loading/unloading vehicles and mastering warehouse logistics. * In the Office: Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we plan and track the nation’s deliveries. * Maintenance: Learning to conduct full vehicle "health checks" and reporting faults to keep the fleet 100%. * The Skills: Learning the tech behind the deliveries and maintaining high safety standards.
