As part of the Shoe Collection Coordination team, you will actively participate in the collection development processes and coordinate the department's operational needs. Your contributions include: facilitating information flow between the Shoe Studio, Development teams and other categories. • Updating collection tracking tools and documents. • Monitoring prototype launches. • Organizing and facilitating resources for successful project execution. • Overseeing the operational follow-up of the collection (counting and unpacking samples/prototypes). • Continuously improving work tools, formalizing, and updating processes. • Supporting collection shipments. • Collaborating with e-commerce and retail training teams. • Researching and tracking the development of collection materials. • Updating tools, tracking documents, and material archives of the Studio. • Interacting across various internal and external stakeholders regarding materials and colors for Shoes.
