Our goal is to offer great services and a local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...)You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):Product Development Assist the Product Development Associate Manager in her missionsKeep the product roadmap up to date with all essential information.Gather key data to draft thorough requests for quotations and evaluate partner proposals. Summarize findings in dashboards to share across teams.Conduct competitive analysis and product benchmarking for new categories, including apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, and branded merchandise.Engage with suppliers, partners, and the marketing team to collect necessary materials for launching products in our online Store.E-MerchandisingAssist the Senior Operations & Merchandising Senior Specialist in her missionsProvide briefs to our internal creative team for the development of visuals, banners, and videos for product promotions.Work closely with the translation department to ensure product descriptions are accurate and properly localized for different markets.Craft detailed and engaging product pages that deliver the right information, ensuring optimal visibility on the homepage, category pages, internal search, and Google.Organize and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale), while tracking and analyzing the results to assess performance.Oversee platform performance, ensuring a smooth user experience by troubleshooting navigation issues, fixing bugs, and confirming accurate translations.This internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic and international environment.
