This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international operations leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2 years program, you’ll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core operations functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. Within the program, you’ll rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and own your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into 3 main stages: * 12 months as a team lead in a plant or tool service center, coordinating shopfloor activities or leading a production technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer in your home region. * 6 months rotation in digitalization, lean, quality, or logistics project in a plant or tool service center, focusing on operational excellence. * 6 months assignment on an international strategic project, breaking free from the confines of your home region and contributing to transformative initiatives on a global scale. One of these stages may occur at our group company Oegland with Headquarters in Klepp, Norway.
