In the frame of Amundi Luxembourg, we are looking for a 6-12 months IT support intern (part-time or full-time): Assignments: Under the supervision of his/her tutor in Amundi Luxembourg, the intern will be responsible of: Joining the IT team on infrastructure & support tasks: * Understand the user questions and respond with supportive & openminded solutions * Dive into helpdesk challenges autonomously to find a solution, optionally consulting the Luxembourg peers or the expert teams * Provide user guidelines for self-aid * Complete IT knowledge base with solutions identified * Share innovation with the team improving existing processes * Prepare and share Teams-based surveys * Setup (automated) reports on statistics available or on the current situation * Maintain the existing infrastructure and software environment by the user’s needs * Implement new components following the dynamic of the IT landscape on the Finance industry * Ensure IT Security by following the regulatory needs and best-practice standards. Participating in employee training actions to the requirements of Compliance (AML, Fraud…) Participating in the permanent improvement of the systems in place.
