Job Description

Im Bereich Learning Space suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Werkstudent*in (w/m/d). Der Bereich betreut deutschlandweit über 300 Auszubildende, Dual Studierende sowie rd. 400 Studierende während ihrer Werkstudententätigkeit/Praktika/Abschlussarbeiten. Deine Aufgaben Mitarbeit in der Betreuung der Auszubildenden, dual Studierenden und Studierenden Unterstützung bei der Erfassung von Daten für Eintrittsprozess und Onboarding Mitwirkung bei der Vertragserstellung, Schriftverkehr, Sichtung von Bewerbungen Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen wie z.B. dem Girlsday, Schülerpraktika Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen Unterstützung bei aktuellen Themen

Requirements

Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich BWL ,VWL, Psychologie, oder vergleichbar
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im Team sowie eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
