As a S&CM Trainee within the Eucerin team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Eucerin deliver a superior shopper experience. Key responsibilities: * In‑Store Execution – supporting POS material creation, campaign tracking, and adaptation of global visibility guidelines to the local market. * Shopper Marketing – conducting competitive benchmarking, monitoring dermocosmetic trends, and preparing presentations and sales materials. * Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration – coordinating with agencies and internal teams while producing performance reports and handling departmental administrative tasks.
