Job Description

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding highly technical business based in Abingdon, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Assistant to support their talented and growing team. As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager, wider team and will act as the initial point of contact for the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all administration duties, including covering reception, answering the telephone, assisting with purchase orders and taking notes in vital meetings. The successful Office Assistant will be ambitious to build a solid career within an office environment and is suitable for candidates looking to join a company during a very exciting time of growth. Our client are looking for candidates who are professional, organised and keen to develop and expand their skillset.
