Support Nuveen Cybersecurity Team with operational de livery * Attend and contribute at team meetings and workshops to better understand the Cybersecurity priorities and deliverables for Nu veen Europe & APAC * Understand the security threats/risks to technology and business assets What You’ll Get throughout the Internship: * 10-Week Program: Participate in a robust training curriculum, company functions, speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and social networking events fo S r career growth and personal development. * Hands-On Experience: Attend business meetings, deliver presentations, explore business-specific tasks, contribute to projects, and work closely with cross-functional groups. * Global Exposure: Connect with Senior Business Leaders globally across Nuveen and TIAA. * Career Opportunities: Potential to secure a permanent role upon graduation.

Requirements

On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Security or Information Technology
A passion for technology: Ideally within financial services & preferably Asset Management
Excellence: Examples of professional & personal commitment to excellence
Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences. E.g. You should be comfortable in preparing client ready emails, delivering presentations to a small group of your team or writing reports that inform decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening to others' perspectives, contributing constructively to group discussions. E.g. You should be able to adapt your working style to help deliver team goals & objectives .
Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities. E.g. Be able to demonstrate interest in understanding how client needs align with product offerings.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Information Security/Cybersecurity : An interest in security, covering (but not exclusive to) security management, network security, application security, security testing , how it can be leveraged for business value
AI: A good understanding of the AI technology landscape . E.g. Be able to apply different AI implementation use cases when looking at AI solutions
We will only consider students in their penultimate year graduating in 202 7 .
We will only consider applicants who have the right to live and work in the country for where the internship is located .
