Support the successful implementation of new projects, engineering activities, and process changes in alignment with customer requirements, ensuring improved product quality, on time delivery, and cost efficiency. Lead assigned projects, managing costs, timelines, and milestones. Plan and coordinate the set ‑ up and tear ‑ down of production equipment. Prepare technical performance specifications for equipment. Request, review, and compare supplier quotations for equipment, tooling, and spare parts. Collect, consolidate, and analyze process data by working closely with production and quality teams to drive effective problem ‑ solving and continuous improvement. Provide on ‑ site floor support to troubleshoot process issues using CI methodologies and root cause analysis. Develop, update and document manufacturing processes to meet targets in cost, quality, scrap, labor efficiency and safety. Support customer product reviews by organizing prototypes, tooling, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards by promoting safe behaviors, identifying risks, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
