Job Description

Assistance with payments run preparation under senior specialist supervision. Reconciliation of payments with bank statements. Invoice booking. New payments creation according to signed/email payment instructions with help of senior colleagues. Communication with client/third parties regarding correctness of invoices. Creating static data entries in the payment system. Database and internal files maintenance, help with various files upload.
