To support the growth of the Italian market, we’re hiring an Operations Intern Italy to work closely with the Head of Operations Italy, with exposure to both core operations and Lab-Innovation projects. This internship is ideal if you want to understand how a business is run end-to-end, take ownership early, and work on topics that truly move the needle. Join us in July 2026 for 6 months ! About the lab : You’ll support the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the Italian market while contributing to Lab initiatives that test, validate, and scale new ideas. You’ll operate at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and innovation, with real responsibilities from day one. Your responsibilities : Operations & Performance * Monitor and analyze KPIs, performance, and profitability of the Italian market. * Identify improvement opportunities across processes, staffing, and incentives. * Support coordination with cross-functional teams (WFM, Quality, Sales Ops, CRM, Partnerships). * Build dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making. Lab & Innovation * Contribute to Lab projects, from ideation to testing and implementation. * Test new processes, tools, products, or providers in a lean environment. * Analyze results and help scale successful initiatives. * Collaborate with product, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams. * Manage one or several projects end-to-end.
