Job Description

Hands-on support in maintaining the CMS and across all website topics – from SEO to ongoing optimization. Support in documenting CRM requirements and creating use cases/test cases. Assistance in preparing and documenting demos and workshops. Support with data inventory/cleanup, UAT/pilot (feedback & issue tracking), and documentation/training materials.

Requirements

Student (m/f/d) in IT or business, media, or communication studies, or a comparable field.
Strong affinity for digital marketing topics (CMS/CRM/lead management).
Very good written and spoken English skills.
