In addition to performing fundamental analysis and research into companies and markets, Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and add value to the team from day one. Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Participating in the preparation and execution of IPOs and equity follow-ons, such as capital increases and sell-downs, as well as equity-linked transactions * Active involvement in all workstreams of live transactions, such as project management, investor marketing and due diligence * Preparing pitchbooks and live deal materials * Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information * Performing complex financial analyses * Building and using financial models * Conducting industry and product research
