Job Description

Design and produce on brand digital and print assets for events and channels (internal communication, merchandis material, banners, presentations, simple motion). Support vendor/print service interactions: request quotes, share specs, review proofs, track timelines/deliveries. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback for UX- and visual designs to other team members. Help maintain and update the organization's design documentation and visual assets, including logos, images, and templates, to ensure consistency across all communication channels Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in user experience design, communication design, media design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language is a plus.
Ability to work effectively as a team player. Regular in-office presence is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
