Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and curious student worker to join our Public Affairs Europe team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where personality, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills matter just as much as experience. In this role, you will support political engagement across multiple European markets, stakeholder coordination, and the operational excellence that makes strategic work possible. You will gain direct exposure to a leading oncology biotech’s European policy landscape, develop insight into pharmaceutical policy and political strategy, and experience the dynamics of multi-market stakeholder engagement. At the same time, you will build hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration. We are a small and agile team in Europe, currently the only Public Affairs presence in the region, working closely with colleagues in the US and across markets. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, confident in sharing ideas, and not afraid to speak up. You enjoy working with others, building relationships, and navigating different stakeholders with empathy and strong communication skills. We offer flexibility around exams and study schedules, and an inclusive, supportive team environment where you are encouraged to grow and contribute from day one. Intended start date: 1 / 15 May.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with approximately 2 years remaining before graduation.
  • Based in Denmark, with a background in Political Science, Business, Public Health, Communications, or a related social science.
  • Motivated by both political engagement and high-quality administrative execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and managing processes efficiently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it's Genmab's primary language.
  • Available for approximately 20 hours per week.
