Job Description

As a Trainee in our Global People Expand team, you'll have the chance to work with international colleagues on global topics that enhance learning experiences, support data-driven HR initiatives and contribute to impactful development solutions.

Requirements

You have an active student status for at least one more year (under age of 25 can be also passive)
You can commit to minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus)
You are currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
You have a strong interest in any of these fields: Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Management, HR Data/Analytics or Digital HR Tools.
You have excellent communication skills in English, preferably also German.
You are tech-savvy and ideally familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI, Miro or other tools are a plus.
You are proactive, structured and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
You enjoy working in a team and have strong collaboration and coordination skills.
