Deine Aufgaben Dokumentenmanagement und Kontrolle von Dokumenten Ausgabe von Dokumenten an die Produktion/Labore Übernahme von Archivierungstätigkeiten Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung Unterstützung der Abteilung bei inhaltlichen und administrativen Aufgaben Betreuung und Begleitung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen von qualitätsrelevanten Abläufen Unterstützung bei internen Inspektionen oder auch administrative Unterstützung bei Audits

Requirements

Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Power Point) und Affinität zur Erlernung neuer Systeme und Anwendungen
Sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
