





The Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Emerging Talent team is central to building a strong, future ready talent pipeline and ensuring long term workforce sustainability. Operating across multiple countries and functions, the team attracts, develops and converts alternative and early career talent into high impact, long term contributors to the business.We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the end to end strategy, delivery and evolution of our Emerging Talent portfolio, while supporting other global talent programs. This role sits at the intersection of program ownership, stakeholder partnership and data led decision making. It requires someone who can operate with autonomy, translate strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.As Program Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our Emerging Talent initiatives, with clear objectives and success metrics. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design, test, track and scale program that attract and develop high potential talent across markets, ensuring they create long term value for the business.
