You will be part of the team in charge to the transaction origination and execution, preparation and client pitch work on the buy and sell-side as well as valuation engagements. Your role will be fully integrated into the team and will allow you to work and interact with senior members of the IB team and get direct transaction experience. Your day-to-day duties will encompass (inclusive of sell-side and buy-side activities):Contribute to the preparation of pitch presentations to potential clientsSupport analysts and associates on buy, sell-side and other business development opportunitiesSupport the project team in the execution of transactionsConstructing economic and financial models and performing financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses as well as benchmarking considerationsPreparation of marketing materials, data-room management, meeting materialsConducting industry and product researchPerforming detailed and meaningful corporate analyses on listed and private companiesOther ad-hoc tasks
