As an Investment Analyst, you'll have a unique opportunity to get a look inside the fast-paced world of Venture Capital and early-stage startups. You will work directly with the Investment Principal and play a central role in shaping and executing our investment strategy. Key responsibilities include: * Deal Sourcing: Identify high-potential startups and build relationships with founders across Europe. * Investment Analysis: Evaluate companies, analyze markets and business models, and develop investment theses. * Strategic Research: Support investment strategy with sector research and internal insights. * Network Development: Engage with founders, VCs, and ecosystem players to expand our reach. * Portfolio Support: Help our portfolio companies thrive through insight, connections, and sharp thinking.
