Job Description

Support the Front Office team in the tasks performed by the department. What you will do: * Gain valuable knowledge about front office policies and procedures. * Learn about how to address differenttypes of guests’ requests. * Assist front desk and guest experience teams with delivering the highest levels ofservice excellence. * You will be cross training in the different Front Office departments of the hotel including Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services
