Job Description

As a Student Assistant (15–20 hours per week), you’ll support our Talent Acquisition team in Sweden with CV screening, interviews, reference checks, recruitment administration, and more. You’ll also be given the chance to drive your own projects and participate in Arla Movement, taking ownership of at least one initiative. Throughout the year, you’ll join special Student Assistant activities designed to support your growth.

Requirements

Has completed at least two years of studies and has at least one year remaining
Is ambitious, enjoys challenges, and brings high energy to a fast-paced environment
Has a growth mindset, a business interest, and a passion for people & culture
Possesses analytical skills, structure, and project management experience
