Job Description

Creating and maintaining supplier accounts in the Oracle system Contacting suppliers (mainly by phone) to confirm bank account details and ensure data accuracy Communicating with internal teams to resolve data-related queries Supporting data quality and compliance processes within Supplier Data Management

Requirements

Fluent language skills in English (spoken and written – this is essential)
Very well organized and highly detail-oriented
Confident in handling phone and email communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Accurate, responsible, and comfortable working with sensitive financial data
Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
University degree is preferred (Finance, Business, Philology, Linguistics or related fields). Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
