






Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters Provide general client maintenance assistance, such as: responding to client requests dealing with day to day client administration receiving and processing payment / trading orders preparing documentation for client meetings monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up Ensure close co-operation with various departments including Investment Department, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration Collaborate in marketing activities of the team, including maintaining prospects lists, writing marketing letters, organizing meetings and business trips and ensuring proper follow up Coordinate meetings, both internal and with clients or prospects Assist with preparing presentations Help with client servicing and prospecting in French and English Participating in client calls together with the Client Advisor and Investment Department
