Applicant must be goal oriented, self-driven, have high professional standards and be able to work individually or as part of a team. Duties will include: Helping test engineers in the development of automated test system solutions on analog and mixed-signal volume production automatic testers. Involvement in all phases of semiconductor development including design for testability, test hardware (PCB) and software design, debug, characterization, and release to manufacturing. Responsible for completing, documenting and tracking project schedules and communicating the results.
