


Support the social media and CRM teams with day-to-day execution and operational responsibilities Support the planning, creation and publishing of TikTok-first social media content across owned marketing channels Assist in the development of creator-led content for key category moments and always-on marketing campaigns Manage social content scheduling and coordination with internal and external partners Conduct daily monitoring of social content performance, surfacing quick-turn insights and optimisation opportunities Build and deploy CRM emails using internal tools, while learning audience segmentation strategies to reach relevant users Assist with copywriting across CRM, social, and broader owned channel communications - ensuring TikTok-native creativity, tone of voice, and cultural relevance Support paid media setup including boosting, deeplink generation and tracking, and reporting on ad performance Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and campaigns Support ongoing reporting needs, including real-time dashboards and reactive performance analysis Coordinate marketing approvals, asset trafficking, and cross-functional alignment Conduct category research and social trend analysis to inform content and CRM strategy Assist in organising and executing marketing activations, partnerships, and promotional moments Provide general team administrative and project support, ensuring smooth operational workflows
