Job Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Intern to join our HR team for a 6-to-12-month month internship beginning in August 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered. ING Luxembourg is currently recruiting an intern for the position of Learning & Development Intern. The internship is set to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months. As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will actively contribute to developing our employees and reinforcing ING’s learning culture. 🔸 Learning & Development – Your Main Responsibilities * Participate in the analysis of training needs together with internal teams. * Support the planning, organization, and logistics of training sessions (internal & external). * Collaborate with external providers (trainers, coaches, institutions) and take part in project meetings. * Manage mandatory training courses for new employees. * Contribute to the creation, update, and evaluation of learning materials (presentations, e‑learning modules, digital tools…). * Respond to employees’ questions related to training and learning pathways. * Point of contact for our ServiceNow ticketing service. 🔸 L&D Administration & Follow-up * Process invoices, reimbursement requests, and administrative tasks related to training. * Actively participate in preparing reports for the co-founding of professional training. * Ensure accurate data updates, reporting, and training indicators. 🔸 Employee Experience & Communication * Help promote L&D initiatives through our intranet, newsletters, or internal communication channels. * Create engaging visual content using PowerPoint or digital design tools. * Contribute to special projects related to skills development and talent management.

Requirements

  • students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and working collaboratively
  • Good command of MS Office and ideal online learning platforms
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Previous HR experience is a plus
