We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You’ll get to: • monitor and review portfolios and international financial markets to identify opportunities and risks • develop multi-asset proposals covering fixed income, equities, hedge funds, commodities and foreign exchange • offer investment advice to sophisticated Swiss clients in-line with the UBS House View, deliver updates and ensure the seamless flow of information and ideas • liaise with relationship managers and specialists firm-wide to enable processes, prospecting and acquisition efforts • implement and track trade order execution

Requirements

completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
